Refund Policy - the basics

For any undamaged product, simply return it with packaging along with the original receipt  within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased. ​This guarantee does not cover loss of an item, damage caused by accidents, ,inappropriate use or wear and tear.

​Please note all products sold are unique and one of a kind therefore. If we are unable replace the product with a similar alternative within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.

We are not responsible for loss of items in post and recommend any returns are sent via tracked delivery keeping reciepts as proof of postage.
